Rachel is an associate attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property group. She is an experienced intellectual property attorney with a strong foundation in trademark, trade secret, and copyright law. Rachel has litigated complex IP matters in federal courts and has successfully counseled clients across a wide range of industries.

Rachel earned her J.D. and M.A. from Syracuse University’s College of Law’s Disability Law and Policy Program and holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Disability Studies. She is located in Massachusetts and is a New York licensed attorney. Rachel’s dual background in law and civil rights advocacy makes her a passionate advocate for her clients.
