Harsimran Singh

Harsimran Singh is an Associate Attorney at Sanders Law Group, where she represents clients in the firm’s Consumer Protection Department. Mrs. Singh advocates for consumers in matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other consumer protection laws. She is dedicated to protecting consumer rights and helping clients navigate complex credit reporting, background check and debt collection issues. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mrs. Singh worked with Sanders Law Group as a paralegal for approximately three years, where she gained extensive hands-on experience supporting consumer protection litigation. Her prior work with the firm provides her with a strong foundation in case development, client advocacy, drafting, research and litigation strategy.

In addition to her consumer protection practice, Mrs. Singh also collaborates with the firm’s Employment Law Department, assisting in matters involving wage and hour violations and employee rights. She is passionate about advocating for individuals and ensuring fair treatment under the law.

Mrs. Singh earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Coppin State University. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland.
